Oxford Administrative Law Workshop 2026

Administrative law is moving quickly, with courts, regulators, and automated systems reshaping how power is used and reviewed. The Oxford Administrative Law Workshop brings together scholars working on English administrative law and closely related fields for two days of discussion at Brasenose College.

Format & presenters

The workshop will focus on pre‑circulated works‑in‑progress. The workshop is intentionally small and collegial. The aim is to help scholars improve their work through rigorous yet friendly conversation. Presenters will include:

  • Janina Boughey (UNSW)
  • Santiago Carbajal (Yale)
  • Conor Crummey (Maynooth)
  • Megan Pfiffer (Toronto)
  • Tim Sayer (Oxford Brookes)
  • Robert Thomas (Manchester)
